Dr. Melissa Anne Will, MD

We were scheduled for an appointment to get twins physicals originally at 9:30. I was in the office the day before and the receptionist asked for me to come 9:00 since we had two.I did tell her I would try to make it. On the day of our appointment we left on time but had to stop to reposition one of the children in car seat and then we were held up in traffic from wreck or today work. We got there and went in and we're 10 miin late after 9:00 but we did have original appointment at 9:30. They refused to see the children saying they had a policy saying after 10 min from appointment time would have to reschedule. There was only one person in waiting room and none in the sick waiting room and refused to see us and told us we would have to reschedule. I will not go back on those circumstances.Especially onle three care in parking lot and one person waiting.They argued with us and could have gotten us in and out for the time they spent on making the late policy more important.

Dr.Will is An Amazing Dr she actually listens to the parents and helps to figure out what the real problem is and she loves what she does. I changed providers and i have stuck with her since. She got my kids in the right medication . and my family loves her.. Best kids dr in lincolnton
