Dr. Melody F Bellinghausen, DO

Dr. Melody Faith Bellinghausen lacks compassion and empathy. She is not accessible and appointments take weeks if not months before you can see her so you are left to see one of her PA's. Is she too busy with her cosmetic patients? She sells all sorts of products not covered by insurance. She promotes botox and Retinol for wrinkles. She can't be bothered with referrals to specialists because she is too busy and doesn't remember most of the time why you're even in her office. There is no quality care from Dr. Bellinghausen.

Thanks to her being too busy to pay attention to her patients, I've spent hours over months to get her to refer me an endocrinologist in Dallas. I have an endocrine disease and am supposed to see one every six months. She didnt read that in my charts and at first refused, then agreed to give a referral, but didnt actually send a referral to anyone. I am now pregnant and my medication is not right, only an endo can fix, but thanks to her I dont have one. She is causing me to stress that her laziness will cost me

Dr. Bellinghausen has great bedside manners and takes the time to explain your illness and refrains from prescribing medication when a supplement will suffice. She has improved the quality of my life.

I recommend this doctor to my friends & others when they're unhappy with the service of their doctors!
