Didn’t seem to diagnose me properly wasted money on a unnecessary procedure told me if I do what he says the procedure would work boy was he wrong then later told me my situation would not work

It took 2 months for you all to call me to schedule an appointment for my Father (after a referral was sent from his Hematolgist) that has a large unknown growth on his kidneys. Granted, the appointment was timely; thank heavens! We waited forever in the office to be seen at our appointment. We did get sent for a scan very quickly to identify this growth and the PA we talked to was absolutely wonderful. Fast forward to today. You all scheduled a 2:30pm phone call with me to give me the results and did not call til 2:43pm. I missed your call...so I call your office back 5 minutes later and get placed on hold til 2:58. Now, you have the nerve to tell me I need to reschedule this call til next Tuesday. Nevermind this patient has 2 other procedures held up for this discovery and whatever necessary treatment. So you can call me 13 minutes late but I can't call you back 5 minutes late. I can certainly tell how concerned you are for his well being and how valuable my time is. I hate to leave… a bad review of this doctor considering we have never even seen him but this practice needs a little organization and RESPECT! NOT PLEASED TO SAY THE LEAST! So unprofessional!

Front office staff very incompetent,will not return calls,prescriptions are photocopies that pharmacist will not fill,communication between doctor,nurse and staff very poor and dangerous.

Dr. Fussell treated my condition empirically and after retesting, I have had a very difficult time determining the result of the retesting. Now, it appears, based on testing by another physician, that the results could not have been good. Obviously, the test results are not his fault, but the lack of follow-up demonstrates a lack of concern and poor office practices.

Great staff, was able to get my appointment, Dr. Fussell and Lisa are always friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad to have them as my physicians.

My son had a problem, I had been to another urologist but I came to Dr. Fussell, he was able to explain to me what was going on and took care of him. He is a good doctor and cares about his patients, he was so patient with my son.

I have been seeing Dr. Fussell for seven years. Dr. Fussell is very knowledgeable, and he keeps a professional relationship with his patients. He takes time to explain everything to me, that is why when my mother needed a urologist I knew who to bring her to. Before my surgery Dr. Fussell made sure that I knew what was going to happen, then he prayed with me. I have never had to question anything that he has done for me or my mother. I would recommend Dr. Fussell to anyone. His staff is alright, they always make sure I get my appointments.

I was seen in this office in 2010. They ordered a ct scan. I should have followed up on it, but since i didn't hear anything, I assumed all was well. 6 years later, I went to the hospital to find out that I had a mass on my kidney. It said it needed immediate attention. I was NEVER told. 6 years later, I had part of my kidney removed. Turns out I had cancer!!!

His bedside manner and his professionalism is unmatched. His staff was courteous during my visit and explained everything thoroughly.

The office staff is not personable, they greet while they are on the phone with other people. My daughter and I have always waited at least 20 minutes past her appointment to be seen. Once seen, it's the same discussion that takes 5 minutes and then another appt is made for 3 to 6 months later. There's been progression in a year with my daughters treatment, even after a hospitalization caused by something she's being treated for. My appointments on 2 occasions have been cancelled without proper notification and after changing an incorrect phone number, they still didn't have it right in the system.
