Dr. Melvin Lee Haller, MD

This was the worst experience in a medical office in my life. Chad Haller has atrocious bedside manner, he made me feel like he did not care about the concerns I had with my vision and seemed not too invested in helping with my condition. The staff is by far the most rude and unhelpful I have ever encountered. Scheduling is a joke, you always have to wait an hour +, even if you are the first person in the office, and if you ask about how much longer the wait time will be there is a rude little old lady behind the desk that will yell at you like you are a child. You’d be better off going anywhere else than stepping foot inside this sad excuse for a medical practice.

Dr. Haller was incredibly kind and gentle with my children and with my elderly mother. I don't care what anyone says about them, they are brilliant, kind, and extremely skilled at what they do. There is a reason why every single doctor in the area sends their patients to the Dr. Hallers. I have never seen any rudeness or negativity from the doctors or staff. I have been multiple times and have only seen patients being rude to the staff, but not the other way around. It is amazing what they know and how their bedside manner is superb.

He has been treating me and my elderly parents for years! Now he takes care of my kids. 3 generations of patients who love him and his staff. I see why he is so popular. Wonderful doctor

Worst experience ever. Had an appointment at 5pm. Wasn't seen until a quarter to 6. I had an appointment for my 6 year old daughter and myself. They made us read off letters, and dilateded our eyes, 6:45 comes around, still not called. They kept telling us we were next, or it was at the doctor's discretion when he would see us. Got so frustrated with them wasting our time. Nearly 2 hours later, and I walked out with my daughter. No bedside manner, it's like a factory. Horrible! Will NEVER recommend this business.

My co-pay for a specialist visit is $40. They insist on charging me $185. I even got my insurance company to call them to tell them that they need to charge $40. But they insist on charging whatever they want to. It's an absolute joke.

I love the Haller Doctors. They detected retinal holes and made sure it was treated immediately. I had no symptoms at all. They were thorough and complete and explained things very well. The retina doctor said they totally saved my vision. Thank god for such a complete exam! I fully trust them with my kids and elderly parents too. Staff is amazing!

I was told by another Dr. that I had a cataract and needed surgery. My sister sent me to Dr. Haller who she said was a Terific surgeon. He examined me, explained what a cataract was and then told me that I didn't have one. All I needed was a new pair of glasses. I got the glasses and now I am perfect. I am thrilled!

He is very good and his experience is unmatched. I fully trust him and his sons

When I go to dr. Haller I know he is going to get the answer right and give me the proper treatment. He hasn't failed me yet in 17 years! Great staff who have been there for years.
