Dr Melvin, is so wonderful. They will find a way to get you an appointment if you need one. Appointments last for as long as you need.

I've had 3 experiences at Dr. Romero's office. 2 of the 3 were unacceptable and 1 of 3 was mediocre. The best one was that I had been having dizzy spells. I got an appointment after a month wait, after arriving early to the appointment, I had to wait over an hour to be seen. The result of the appointment was that he said maybe it was caffeine. Yup, that's it, waited a month to hear that maybe it was caffeine. The worst one was recently, I had nerve pain and and injured Achilles; I was told the closest appointment was 2 months out. After 2 months, I actually had a referral from an urgent care. I went to the office waited an hour to get to the patient room with no warning of them running late from the clerk. I was then told I would be seen soon once I was in the patient room. 40 minutes passed. I had not cleared my whole day's schedule to wait over 1.5 hours for my appointment. Thus, I had to leave. Now all I need to do is ask a question. I asked if I could write him an email and was… told "he doesn't do emails." you could make an appointment. RIIIIIIGHT. After my last experience that's exactly what I want to do. Moving on to a doctor that cares. Don't waste your time or money.

Dr Romero takes the time to ensure all your questions are answered and explains everything in detail.

Dr. Ro is the best in my opinion I've seen doctors all my life and so far he's been the best, I don't want to go into details about my problems that's mine and my doctor's business, all I can say is he cares about you and takes time to listen, compassionate, and the staff are cool people, Dr. Melvin you're the best thank you for all you're help

was in a car wreck ..military we are not from here ..so trying to find the right Dr. has been hard i had been seen by 5 different physicians. until I had the pleasure for running across Dr. Romero.. my first visit was two weeks ago was first appointment.. he seemed really concern for my health to try & help w/ all my symptoms..it will take time but i do think he will be the Dr. to help..
