Dr. Melvin Theodore Saludes, MD

Dr. Saludes visited me in hospital in February. A follow up appointment was made 3 weeks later with him. He discussed various options for treatment. Appointments made for April… cancelled… May…. Cancelled… but later that month I was called to have a CAT scan done. Did this on May 24. Haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve made numerous calls to his office. I’ve always been told they were busy and would call back. But, no one did. My doctor referred me to another doctor in WashingtonPA.

Dr. Saludes will spend as much time with you as you need so that you understand what is going on and what needs to be done. Last year i had Plural efussion on my right lung and after 2 1/2 months of going to my family doctor I needed help . so i got in on a Thursday and on Friday he had me scheduled to remove the fluid that had been in there to long .He drain a liter of bloody fuild off my right lung ,I felt nothing as he did it and after I could take in a whole breath. I would tell anybody who has lung problems that they need to make an appointment with him and see for yourself you won't be dissapointed

I have being going to this doctor for over 4 years. He never calls to tell me what the test results show, I always have to hunt him down. This time is the last straw. I will not recommend this doctor.
