No explanation. Terrible bedside manner. Really callous.

No one in this office gave me the requisite ADA accommodation I needed to be able to communicate. Scott, the medical assistant was condescending & plain rude on top of that. The Dr himself was dismissive & when I reported symptoms that I expected to prompt discussion about exploring other issues, he just told me they had nothing to do with my sinuses & shut down further talk about them. Then, he didn’t bother to send my referral to the imaging place I requested, nor did his staff contact me via email like they promised or even use the relay service to call me. I am deaf so I cannot get regular phone calls, which is exactly how they reached out to me. Then I had to ask repeatedly to be put in touch with the office manager about all this. That type of experience is trust destroying & dehumanizing, none of which I pay medical “professionals” for.

Dr. Said gave a clear and concise explanation about the issue I am having with my ear. He went through a series of test with me to see exactly why I what was happening in my ear. He was thorough in answering all my questions and I left with a game plan. Excellent bedside manner!
