SHE IS AWSOME KIND AND VERY CARING TAKES THE TIME TOO LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS

Dr Zano does listen well and sets up appropriate connections with other doctors when appropriate. The problem with Dr Zano's office is a total lack of consideration and communiction. They don't answer the phone, no one ever calls you back when you finally do get someone to answer the phone. No one calls with test results. A couple to three weeks later you may receive a very non-descript note from the office with the results of your test.

Dr. Zano listens well, Well mannered and social. I'm not sure she fully understands how to attack the symptom's, Dr. Zano's Staff is inattentive, Lazy, non-supportive! Dr. Zano's nurse "NEVER" returns phone call's ( communication is Huge in the medical field) and the nurse has been condescending!

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RESPONSE. COULD NOT GET THE DR. TO INFORM ME OF THE TEST RESULTS. NEVER WILL GO TO HER AGAIN

Dr. Zano is a good listener and does a good exam, seems to run the appropriate tests. She is very nice. I have been to her office 4 times and have always had to wait 45 minutes or longer before being called back, and then another long wait in the exam room. I always had to call and check on test results since I was never notified, which I didn't mind much. I think she is very competent and friendly but I went ahead and found another doctor because of the wait times.

I have been a patient of dr Zano for many years shehasalways been awsome and I have followed herwherever she goes.

My experiences with Dr. Zano have been very poor, unfortunately. I waited 45 minutes to see her and felt rushed out. She left me in the exam room without indicating if I should check out or wait on a nurse for labs: I was a new patient and had to find my own way out and determine next steps via the check out staff. Then Dr. Zano did not follow up regarding my lab results, nor did she return a phone call (or have anyone call on her behalf) when I enquired 8 days later regarding status. I'll never be back.
