Gives advice in a way my mother can't and has helped me over come many challenges. In my time, any other psychologist I have seen in the past 4 years while in college just seem to assume what my issue is and are too nice while they listen, the don't read inside my problems to realize what is going on... frankly when someone is too kind all the time, they just are not listening. Sometimes I think tough love is what is needed to bridge the gap, and that makes me feel understood. Thank you.

Dont waist your time. Find someone else. Cancellation after cancellation. Horrible.

Too many cancellations. It's really uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Too many cancellations. You get the appoitnment and all the sudden they call you to cancel it. Very disappointed. Not coming back.

The staff is very polite. The visit was great. The wait was short, 10 min. I felt comfortable and safe talking to the doctor. The Dr and staff are very compassionate, and helpful. I will certainly come back to them.

My first appointment was very good. She showed extreme empathy, even if a little too emotional for my liking (she started crying). By my 2nd appointment 3 weeks later (yes this was as soon as I could get scheduled , come to find out she only works 3 days a week) she showed little empathy. She was putting concepts in front of me that I was not ready for, such as cleaning my home of my loved one who had recently passed, other extreme life changes, etc. I did not feel consoled this session. I felt whacked over the head with her PUSHING me towards concepts I was not ready for. Also I did not appreciate her medical opinion on my loved who passed, given she is NOT a medical doctor(MD). Lastly, she reverted to all Spanish the last 20 minutes of the session when I am dominant in English. I did not appreciate this. I will not be coming back. In fact has to take a walk to try and let go of some of her ill advised advice.

I am very please with the treatment I received at this office. From the moment I called the receptionist was very kind and willing to help. The Doctor was very humane and professional I felt helped and I found the relieve I was looking for. I will definitely keep going even if I feel good.
