Dr. Mercedes Blasco Samson, MD

She is clearly not interested in providing even a basic level of care. The entire office is filthy and disorganized. None of my concerns were addressed by the student who took a basic health history or by Dr. Samson. I waited over an hour for her to show up to work, she spent < 5 minutes with me and yelled at me the entire time. No respect is given to developing a patient relationship, communication, trust, or respect for privacy. I had to call multiple times to get my prescriptions filled and none of my preferences for specialists were honored. Horrifically poor level of care. Stay Far Away.

Very unprofessional, judgmental, senile, LYING doctor. I will never go back to her office.

I love Doctor Samson and her office . She has always made time to see me even if I call in last minute . My family has been going here for years and she has always treated us like family . Truly a fantastic Doctor !

Please, Please , whatever you do stay far far away from this medical clinic , Dr. Mercedes Samson is an old senile witch who needs to be removed immediately!! She does not know what she is doing , you show up for your scheduled appointment and wait forever and finally go in the dirty disgusting office and she looks at you sideways like “ why are you here bothering me???” The office is so dirty you don’t even want to sit on the chairs , no one knows what their doing there ! I’m telling you just run out the door do not let her examine you she does not know what she’s doing , so unprofessional and if you’re not the same race that the majority of the staff is ( you will see) forget it , you’re done !!! I would have been better off going to my dog’s Vet , probably would have treated me better and would have received better medical treatment. Okay , just remember I warned you !!

Waited 6 days for my anxiety/ Depression medication that I have been taking for over 15 years , she ignored pharmacy multiple attempts , which is not unusual, I finally called on the 7th day , I was going through withdrawal symptoms due to not taking my prescribed medication, I was extremely dizzy, nauseous, could not sleep for the last 2 nights , had leg and arm cramps , all the symptoms that doctors tell you that you will have if you stop your medication cold turkey, this is what my doctor did to me! When I called the office yesterday to ask why she has not approved my refill I was told “ I don’t know but Dr. Samson has left today and will not return for another week so you will have to wait another week until she returns, k was like what!! I’ll come in tomorrow and see another Doctor in the office ( like I have several times) so I can have them just write my refill , the nurse on the phone actually told me “No” no other doctor here can do that , you have to wait for her!! Are you… kidding me??? This is after I told the nurse about my horrible symptoms and that I could not go to work because of my nauseous feeling, headache, and everything else that comes with someone not allowing you to take your medication that you have been taking every morning for over 10 years... I don’t know what I’m going to do? I gave anthem Blue cross insurance through my employer and I will make sure this sick woman that actually calls herself a Doctor will be removed from this insurance company’s access, I’ve already reported her for not being an ethical doctor and allowing one of her patients to suffer the way I have been this past week. Does she not realize that if I was a extremely depressed individual, which lucky for her , i’m Not , someone may have jumped off a building or god knows what if they did not have their medication for a whole week! I will make sure she does not treat another patient this way again... She will lose her license

Poor services from staff and very unorganized

Dr. Samson's expertise is clearly on display in her comfort and ease with which she administers her physician's qualities in treating me one of her patients when I have need to consult her in her office.

staff they have racial preferences ...they are not polite

I would not recommend this doctor she made me very sick I had to be hospitalized. Don't let her touch you!!!!!
