Canceled my appointment less than 24 hours before apt! Me and my wife already took the day off to ensure one of us could be with our son. They had no solution or answer other than getting me in a week later!

I had scopes scheduled, after i arrived at the hospital, i waited for 3 hours and had not been taken back, I asked to be taken off the IV and i would reschedule, I left and called to reschedule, and now their offices wont do the procedures, apparently they are the only people in the world whos time matters!!

Awesome knowledgeable and compassionate

I had a colonoscopy scheduled in 2014. I was told they would get in touch with me for information about the prep. They didn't call. So I contacted them again, only to be told they did not put me on the schedule. I tried again last month. Took several tries getting an appt because the receptionist is always away from her desk, they never return phone calls. I went through a week of misery with their limited diet prep only to have the dr cancel my appt. I have tried calling a dozen times to talk to them but they are not available. They returned my call on a day they knew I would not be home. It is time for me to find a different dr.

Doctor is great - office protocol and staff not so great. Bad first visit and results of biopsy almost impossible to get - after two weeks! And forget trying to call the office - you won't get through. My first visit should have been an omen. It took an hour to see the doctor because they had another patient there that morning that brought her dog to the office and the office staff was busy playing with the dog. The dog then proceeded to visit from exam room to exam room while the staff ran after it. Overall, the visit took an hour and a half to see the doctor for 15 minutes. I can only hope the staff was washing their hands, and no, it was not a service dog. Like I said, the doctor is great, and almost (but not quite) makes up for the red tape of being her patient.
