Dr. Merilee Deborah Karr, MD

Dr. Merilee Karr is a family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Oregon Health & Science University, building a strong foundation in comprehensive primary care. With 38 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Karr has developed extensive expertise in caring for patients across all age groups and health conditions.

Dr. Karr practices at multiple Providence Medical Group locations throughout the Portland and Tigard areas in Oregon, including Providence Milwaukie Hospital, Providence Portland Medical Center, and Providence Saint Vincent Medical Center. She provides care at Providence Medical Group Scholls Immediate Care and maintains affiliations with Center for Medical Imaging Bridgeport.
