Merrell Cathryn Frampton

Terrible bed side manor demonstrated by Dr. Irby. She did not even look at me as she quickly introduced herself before beginning her assessment. She apparently did not know why I had made the appointment. As she began explaining to me how she was going to correct my minor imperfections with braces, I tried to explain to her that I was not there to inquire about braces. She became rude, disrespectful, and defensive. She was obviously in a rush and completely uninterested in my concerns. Even though she was self proclaiming her vast education, she was either unable or unwilling to take the time to explain the rational for her recommended treatment. This appointment was a complete waste of my time. The following week I met with an orthodontist who listened to my concerns. He understood my goals, he was able to address my concerns without braces.
