Dr. Merri Pendergrass

First visit (telehealth) during Covid was good. She replaced an endo doctor that left Banner before Covid, saw me, started prescribing my meds according to my lab results. Then this year decided I needed to see my PCP. When I messaged her through my Banner portal about my bad symptoms of Thyroid, she said "I highly recommend you schedule an appointment with your PCP because I doubt your symptoms are due to your thyroid". I subsequently had labs done to reveal that my TSH was WAY out of range high, and messaged her again. She said she hadn't seen me in the office in so long that I should see my PCP and they could easily adjust my dosage. Completely abandoned me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. SHE DOESN'T GIVE A SH*T

I can see a two month wait period if the doctor is excellent, but when you are seen by her interns and not her, I see that as an issue. If you wait that long for her care you should see her and not her underlings. They should be up front with that on their “message” to patients page. Obviously they don’t advertise this! Unfortunately it seems a lot of doctors are seeming to be doing this also. Research your docs.
