Dr. Mi Hei Cho, MD

VERY VERY BAD, NURSE OR RECEPTIONIST NANCY AKA BONNIE RUDE STONEWALLED AND UNETHICAL!

I was a former peds patient of Dr. Cho's mother and only seen it fit for my children to go to the same place I went as a child. Ever since Dr. Cho took over the practice it has gone down hill. My children started going there after birth. She had newly taken over the practice things were fine until I adopted a child and had them assigned to her. Having to visit her often because of my adopted child's asmtha she began to treat us like a number and not a patient. Often during appointments she would ask my child questions about health issue (my child was 5yrs old) not do any physical exams, over talk me and rush us out the appointment. Every time I would contact the office for a refill on asmtha meds she would say the patient has to be seen although she just seen us less then a month prior. She is rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate of others time, impatient and disrespectful. I wish the outcome were different considering the inviting environment that was once upheld by my child MD but… unfortunately its not. If you want your child to be more than a number I wouldn't recommend this practice.

I recently relocated from a different state and my insurance assigned me to this Dr. I am very pleased with her and her staff they are very helpful and they take there time to explain, my children are happy as well with her.

My family has been going to the practice forever. She has seen 4 generations

Dr.Cho is the worst and rudest doctor ever!!! I will not recommend her to any parent out there!!! She talks no sense and very arrogant.

This doctor does'nt care she does not do full checkup,SHE DIDNT CARE THAT MY SON WAS TREATED UNDER ANOTHER DOCTOR AND HIS MEDICINE WAS CHANGE AND HE WAS DOING GOOD WHEN HE RETURN BACK UNDER HER CARE I TOLD HER ABOUT HIS NEW MEDICINE AND SIGN PAPERWORK FOR HER TO GET HIS RECORD SHE DIDNT HAVE THEM WHEN I RETURN BACK FOR A FOLLOW UP I HAD TO FILL THE PAPER WORK OUT AGAIN SHE PUT HIM BACK ON HIS MEDICINE SHE HAD HIM ON. I TOLD HER THAT HE WAS DOING FINE WITH THE OTHER MEDS THAT HE WAS ON WITH THE OTHER DOCTOR,HE KEEP USING UP HIS PUMP AND SHE HAD TO REFILL THEM SHE WOULD ONLY REFILL THEM IF WE CAME IN FOR APPOINTMENT,I TOLD HER THAT HE MIGHT HAVE GROW OUTTA THAT MEDS SHE WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME AND NOW MY SON IS DEAD,AND I DO REALLY BELIEVE IF SHE WOULD HAVE CHANGE HIS MEDS HE WOULD BE HERE NOW,,

she has been my childrens doctor since birth and i wouldnt trade her for the world

This doctor is okay. she criticizes me VERY OFTEN and sometimes even yells at me. her information is NOT always accurate. VERY RUDE.

This m.d. diagnosis children blindly without supporting evidence (such as lab work or chest x-rays). Blames family for improper care at home when she does not provide proper teaching to parent. Even when she sees exacerbation of condition she does not send child to a specialist. I would know because my nephew died of an asthma attack under her care.
