Dr. Mia Scheufele Schreiner, MD

Had very bad head aches - so bad I could even function. Dr. Schreiner took the time to listen, evaluate (MRI & CT to the brain), and design a treatment that worked (brought the pain from a 9 to a 3) for me. Ended up with me getting not only pain medication but two sets of two shots to the two nerves at the back of my head just above my neck.

Dr. Schriener's office staff are quite often more than glad to be rude to me & I assume others as well, at least two others I just read about. Other than that the good doctor was educated in "TEXAS" which gives her a few rungs up on the medical ladder here in Roseburg over other doctors.

I have never had an experience like this with any kind of dr! My appointment was at 3 in the afternoon, and I called at 9 AM and cancelled asking if it was a problem because I could walk with my 3 year old if I really needed to my car would not start and I had no other ride, they said not a problem. I call to reschedule they tell me I can't be seen because I did a no call no show, so someone straight up lied just to get me kicked out. I don't even have a license, so driving 60 miles just to go to the dr isn't an option for me. I feel like I should have been warned at some point that if you cancel your appointment (well according to them I did a no call no show which is NOT TRUE) that they would refuse to see you. Plus the receptionists and office manager were just so snooty, thought they were so much better than me, I have never been treated so badly by staff in a medical environment. I feel completely at a loss, because now I will never know what is wrong with me.

The front office staff were very busy when I arrived but they made sure to detach someone to register & check me in. Reception area was a bit Spartan but waiting time was quite short until I was seen. PP Doctor Schreiner showed excellent patient side manner and a positive, very analytical, approach to arriving at a diagnosis. When I raised concerns or questions, Dr Schreiner answered clearly and concisely. PP I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring, effecive practice.

Dr. Schreiner was very thorough in her examination of me and took time to explain my treatment options. I would definitely recommend her to other people.

Misdiagnosed my father.

She kept telling us it was sleep apnea....now too late we find tumor...she would not even test for a tumor....insisted apnea
