I had two separate interactions with Dr. Mia Zaharna, and both were marked by the same troubling pattern: dismissive communication, rushing through the appointment, and avoiding direct answers to questions. When I sought clarification during our most recent conversation, my questions were repeatedly sidestepped, and she pushed the discussion forward despite my clear requests to stop address the issue at hand. When I later followed up to clarify the interaction in writing, the same avoidance continued. My direct questions about the exchange were not acknowledged nor answered, and she closed the conversation without resolution, mirroring the pattern from our earlier interactions. This kind of behavior makes it impossible to feel heard or supported.She failed to provide the professionalism and communication that any patient should be able to expect. I left both interactions feeling dismissed and unable to trust that my concerns would be taken seriously. Avoid.
