Dr. Micah Steven Resnick, MD

Medicine was more of a calling than a career choice forDr. Micah Resnick. Coming from a family of doctors, hesaw the various options available in the profession and wasdrawn to the opportunity to help people. He has alwaysloved working with children and naturally learned aboutchild development from his mother, who was a nurseryschool teacher. He started his career in the most diversezip code in the country - Queens, NY - and worked for atime in a mental health hospital. These experiences leadhim to meet people where they are, listen a lot and thenprovide the compassion, support and resources needed.Dr. Resnick sees patients from newborn through collegeage for the prevention and treatment of acute and chronicconditions. He conducts well-child exams and providesdevelopmental screenings. He creates a comfortable,warm and trusting environment where he works withfamilies to raise healthy kids living fulfilling lives. Heencourages everyone to turn off the screen, go outsideand move that …body for at least 60 minutes every day.A native New Yorker, Dr. Resnick is one of four childrenand a twin. He is happily married to a native Cincinnatian.They have three children. He volunteers with the AmericanAcademy of Pediatrics and coaches youth sports. Heenjoys running, reading and eating pizza.
