I fibbed a bit when I said I received treatment from this doctor; but my wife, Toni, did, with brain surgery. Dr. Adix turned a medical nightmare into—retroactively, anyway—a half-pleasant dream. He carefully explained all pre- and post-surgery procedures/results with a degree of attentiveness I've seldom seen in any professional. He saved Toni's life with the latest, non-destructive technology available. She did not need to have her beautiful hair shaved; she did not need to have her skull drilled or "pumpkin-carved" to tend to her aneurysm. ¶ My required "title," above, seems ridiculously impertinent. Mostly it is. But my stone and brick stackings through the decades has made me doubly appreciate work finery whenever I see it (sometimes, even obliquely, for what do I know about brain surgery?). I want no one but Dr. Adix working on my dear wife's head from now on. John McCormick
