Dr. Michael L Adler, MD

This was the second time I’ve seen Dr Adler. His bedside manner was excellent. He was very thorough and listened to what I had to say at each visit. He explained my condition and reviewed all my labs with me. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Spent ten times more time explaining my diagnosis and treatment in one visit than the last endocrinologist did in two meetings.

If I continued to see dr Adler I would still be feeling awful today. He was rude and didn't listen . Thank God I found a difference doctor who didn't refuse to run blood work.

I was seen by Dr Adler after a referral by my internist. He spent more time with me than I am accustomed to. I really felt that he was interested in my welfare, I feel that his is extremely knowledgeable and competent. Very pleased.

Dr. Adler is the most arrogant, unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He did not care to hear my symptoms or review my ultrasound. Upon my visit he never examined me or showed any interest in my case. I was referred to him by my primary physican due to a significant nodule on my thryoid. I've since seen another endocrinologist and have been diagnoised properly with respect and interest in my well being. In my opinion this doctor should be a shoe salesmen.

I was referred here from my obgyn, they recommended this person. Fine. I had to make an appointment for three months in advance! And the kicker is that the appointment is for next month, after waiting two months they want me to call and reschedule. Thanks for wasting my time!!!

He was excellently trained and has developed proceedures and practices here that in 2000 you had to go to Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center for; because in NEPA they were clueless about top of the line healthcare. I am a RN and never saw his PA; but there has been 1 staff member that I don't care for. I put up with her because Dr. Adler is who I see. I have never seen him not follow up on anything but maybe because I'm a nurse. I see him as the best for endocrinology and he has a wonderful bedside manor. Just the 1 nurse who I would prefer not to deal with anymore; but that hasn't stopped me from going to him.

Staff is very unprofessional when I called they didn't even say the Dr's name.You leave a message for a call back no one ever calls you back.You are better off dealing with LHV hospital DR's then Adler at least they are professional and so are the staff.

Refused to refill a prescription for a chronic condition without requiring a follow-up appointment. This appointment took 3 minutes--just long enough for him to write the prescription, without actually examining me.His appointment costs $215. My insurance does pay this, but the man is obviously only in this for the money. Absolutlely unethical. Look elsewhere for your doctor.

They cancelled an appointment i had then when i called to fill an precribtion they wouldn't because they said i cancelled. They won't fax your scribts and want me to drive 45 minutes to pick it up. The people in the office are rude and clueless. You will see the Dr. once then it is the PA. I decided to not return and called the office 3 months in advanced to cancel and tell them i would not be returning and i just got the bill in the mail that they billed me for a visit because i didn't show...REALLY?? VERY incompetent office staff..DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.Plus guy in the lab stuck me three times and still no blood..stay very far away.
