Dr. Albert has restored vision in both of my eyes due to a vitreous detachment. Considering the mechanics of the surgery, it is amazing how painless and how quick the recovery actually is. His staff is outstanding, the outpatient surgery center at UAB Callahan Eye is top notch and of course Dr. Albert is a fantastic doctor and surgeon.

Dr. Albert is professional, knowledgeable, relatable, approachable and and he explains your condition well. I highly recommend him for eye surgery, concerns, or problems. He did my retina surgery on May 1, 2019. I am very pleased.

COMMUNICATES VERY WELL WITH PATIENTS, VERY PROACTIVE IN TREATING EYE CONDITIONS. I FIRST SAW HIM FOR A POSSIBLE HEREDITARY CONDITION. VERY PLEASED.

There is a family history of eye issues and he is very proactive to insure any problems will be detected early with greater chance of successful treatments. I am convinced my mother still has sight today because of him and this practice.

He is a very smart doctor who is able to convey what anyone needs to know about their condition. He is kind, apologetic about any wait. He is a compassionate doctor able to put any concerns at ease.He would never make you feel any questionis a dumb question. Treats you like a family member. I would recommend him!
