His NP, PAs are all you will see. Went for a routine physical, left with many prescriptions, called back due to side effects and was given more prescriptions, told to take urine sample and they lost it. At one point a NP was asking a NP student “any ideas?”, which they were both clueless. Went back to previous doctor and no prescriptions were needed. I ran into him at youth sporting event and he’s a huge boob, screams like an idiot, actually talked the kids keeping score to add points to his son’s game at one point. Guess that’s one task he doesn’t delicate. Unreal.

My husband saw Dr App for a strept throat, he gave the office the pharmacy place to call in for a rx. After an hour of waiting, we called the pharmacy to check on the status only to find out that the office never called for the rx. I called the doctor's office but they are closed for lunch so we waited for another hour. So much hoops and hassles to go through when you're already not feeling well. There's no sense of responsibility and follow up or follow through to make sure the patient has medication he needed to feel better. I would have rated poor on this type of service but I gave it a fair because they were able to get him in early.

Hes an outstanding doctor and I have not had any bad experiences with his support staff. Wish more dr were like him!

Dr. App is a very nice man, but his office staff members are not. They are often rude and short, and they often also don't have the proper info at check out due to how the office is structured, which is not the patient's fault. Dr. App is probably wonderful for children, but he is definitely not very thorough for adult physicals and medical conditions. He does the bare minimum, doesn't require undressing, does mole checks (only if asked) on exposed skin only, doesn't order blood work required of certain prescriptions (unless asked), doesn't appear to want to change dosages even when told current meds are not working or have side effects, etc. One of his nursing students missed a major diagnosis, and her supervising NP didn't double check. The diagnosis was made at urgent care the next day. Little things add up.

Love him! He cares for my daughter and niece and is so funny and knowledgeable, highly recommend! Staff excellent and cares for patients

Dr. App is wonderful. Which is why this to type this is hard, but his staff are very rude and do not listen.

Best doctor ever

Phenomenal Doctor!! Horrid support staff. Have left messages over a period of 3 WEEKS! NEVER got back, even though I stated I was in a good deal of pain...3 WEEKS! Still waiting for a call back to get referred.

Love Dr App, but cannot handle the uncaring staff who talks but doesn't listen to your needs and when asking for medicine orders totally different then what I request and does not tell me, so awkward when picking up from the pharmacy. Both the nursing staff and billing staff are uncaring and screen all their calls. NEVER answers their phone directly. I will be looking for a new doctor although I love Dr App and have been going to him for years. I need a staff who cares and is honest when I am under the weather and this staff totally does not care.

Dr app is fantastic! Was happy we switched but his staff has no follow up. I have called several times to medical staff and no one answers or calls back. Now I wonder if leaving our other doctor was worth it. A great doctor should have a great staff. This is not the case
