I have been seeing Dr. Applebaum for over 20 years. Although his staff can be a little uppity at times, Dr. Applebaum is the best! He has the best bedside manner and really listens to you. I would keep changing my insurance just to be able to have him as my physician.

Whoever wrote the negative reviews has never seen this doctor. I've been a patient for nearly 35 years and would trust him with my life any day of the week. He is an excellent doctor!

Not impressed with this doctor at all. Waited FOREVER to see him. Lacks personality. I will not be going back. I want a doctor I can talk to, and I am sorry, but he is not the one. Staff is RUDE, and there is no followup.

I have been with this office over 5 years and do not have any complaints. I feel that Dr.Applebaum was very courteous and attentive with me and my family. I recommend this doctor to my friends and family. The staff is helpful and prompt. 5 stars!!

If I could give less than one star for this doctor's bedside manner I would. He does not ask questions or answer them. He merely writes notes, says a sentence or two after a few minutes, and then leaves the room. I'm often not even sure the appointment is over because he just walks out of the room! I have to say that his main assistant and the phone coordinator are nice people, but the rest of the staff at this office is rude and incompetent when it comes to relaying messages, filling prescriptions, faxing records, etc.

I think problems are with the staff when it takes four fax requests to have a prescription renewed. That is included in the "follow up", and not the doctor's fault. He is an excellent physician and has been our primary doctor for nearly a dozen years.
