Dr. Michael A. Arata graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine in 1994. He completed residency training at Duke University in 1999. In 2000 he returned to California after a fellowship at the Hospital for the University of Pennsylvania. He works in Newport Beach, CA and specializes in Metabolic and Functional Medicine. Dr. Arata is board certified in Radiology with added qualification in Interventional Radiology. He is also board certified in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine.

Dr Arata SAVED my daughters quality of life. She had POTS and NCS. His procedure and phenomenal skills got her life back. She graduated from NYU, and now just worked on the Pinocchio animation film by Guilermo Tel Dorro and they just won an Oscar. Thank you Dr Arata.

Dr. Arata performed tvam and caused permanent nerve damage in my rt side, stomach and ear. I begged him for solutions and he blamed it on everything else.all I wanted were solutions.

Helped me tremendously with serious venous drainage problem from my brain. Due to lack of flow I had experienced several TIA's and ongoing brain fog. I think alot more clearly now nd quality of life is better. Thank you Dr Arata

Excellent support staff. Dr. Arata has extensive knowledge of other medical conditions that relate to this procedure. Personable and a very nice human being.
