What a great surgeon. He did my knee replacement and how well my recovery is going. Dr Archbeck and his staff are amazing they respect you and answer all your questions and concerns before and after surgery. And the encouraging texts from week 1 to week 8. They are inspiring and make you feel like you’re not alone in the recovery process and you can text back and get answers quickly. I will defiantly recommend him to freinds and Family.

All I can say is Dr. Archibeck, Dean and the whole team at NM Ortho and Presbyterian were wonderful. My knee is operating very well at 6 months. Everything was well explained and there were no surprises! Ten stars if I could give it!

dr archibeck and his side kick dean showalter are the best. I had tremendous pain needing a hip replacement. when the time came, dr a and mr s fixed my problem and most importantly enabled me to have a life again without the terrific pain which never let up.. iam so grateful to these professionals and hope they realize how happy they can make a person be again.. I have rated Dr. Archibeck and his team with 5 stars. Every aspect of the process of complete knee replacement was optimal from my perspective and was performed in an atmosphere of kindness, attention to my needs before, during and after the surgical process. All phases of the surgery were clearly laid out and when I had questions I received a prompt response. I felt safe, confident and as relaxed as is possible throughout the process. I sought out Dr. Archibeck because he was the surgeon most recommended when I surveyed doctors and patients.

Dr Archibeck is a talented surgeon. He replaced my hip in September of 2017 and I am very happy with it!

Doesn't listen well

Dr. Archibeck at first was very friendly, then when I asked him what could be done regarding my horrible knee pain, he merely handed me a preprinted sheet and said this outline is all that can be done for you. When I told him I had already exhausted those recommendations, he stated, nothing you just have to live with your pain".

I have been a patient of Dr. Archibeck for 10 years. He has been monitoring my left hip and giving me advice on when to approach surgery. Even after not seeing me for over 2 hears he remembers my face and my lifestyle and always gives me sound advice.

Did my research, and picked him to replace my hip. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He and his team were excellent, paying attention to the smallest details, include pre-surgery prep starting days before. On the day of surgery the antiseptic technique was flawless. The surgery took 50 mins with no problems, he does everything himself including closing. He has done thousands of hips/knees and it shows with his almost 0% complication rate. His bedside manner is not touchy fealy but caring and professional. My surgery was a total success. I recommended him to my wife and a dear friend for knee replacements. He did a great job on both with no problems. He is probably the best ortho surgeon in ALBQ. I was shocked to see a 3 star rating, this guy is a super star.

Dr. Archibeck is extremely friendly and pleasant. He really knows what he is doing and you can tell he puts extra effort into doing things the right way. I wish all doctors had his attitude.
