Very polite and nice, he is never rude. He listens and never makes you feel dumb with any concerns or questions that you have about your child. HE never gets mad when my child tries to play with his computer or other stuff. Love his nurses. They also get us in the same day if we have concerns.

We have had the pleasure of having Dr Austin as our kids doctor for over 10 years and we couldn’t ask for a better doctor for our children... He’s been absolutely wonderful and provided our children with excellent care...

He is truly one of the best pediatricians we have ever come across. He will listen to you & all of your concerns & takes his time during the visit. He is so nice you can tell he truly loves what he does. His nurse Lacey is a gem she has the best attitude, they are a awesome dynamic duo! Any time my children are sick they get them in promptly.

Dr. Austin came by after hours to the NICU for a courtesy visit for my twins. He listens to concerns and thoroughly explains his reasoning. Visits don't feel rushed and he is very good with the kids.

he goes out of his way for Ur kids . makes sure he dose everything he can to help u even after buss hr . the best doctor i have fiend for my kids. im so happy that i finely find a Dr here in Tyler for my kids they they love and that i love and that is truly caring and whats the best for my girls.
