Staff negates what a great doctor Dr. Bagner is! The staff’s incompetence is literally hurting my health.

Dr Bagner does not rush us and answers all our questions. His diagnosis is always on the mark and he has helped us a great deal.

I HAVE BEEN SEEING DOCTOR BAGNER FOR APPROXIMATELY FIVE YEARS. HE HAS ALWAYS ACCURATELY DIAGNOSED MY MEDICAL CONDITIONS. HE IS VERY HONEST, GENUINE, COMPLETELY THOROUGH AND TALKS TO ME LIKE A FRIEND. HE IS VERY CARING, , EXTREMELY SMART AND ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS . NOT ONLY IS HE PATIENT AND KIND BUT HE SPENDS ENOUGH TIME WTH ME TO MAKE ME FEEL IMPORTANT. Dr. Bagner was my GP for several years until I moved out of the area. He was always professional and kind. Spent as much time with me as I needed to answer any questions I had. He helped me through a knee injury (which required a meniscectomy) and a separate back injury (herniated disc - causing sciatica), referring me to good doctors in his network. With respect to the sciatica, he eventually referred me to an ortho doc who wanted to do surgery. I got a second opinion and ended up getting the issue resolved with a steroidal epidural. While the takeaway is: good to get second opinions even when you have a good doctor, I'd strongly recommend him and his practice.

He misdiagnosed my father with kidney failure. I will never forget him, he worked in an office in the Bronx at one point. Can't believe he is still practicing.

Dr. Bagner is a rare commodity. When he says call me any time with your concerns, he means it. In one experience, he called me back in twenty minutes and was professional, courteous and trustworthy.

I have seen Dr Bagner on several occasions and he probably has the best bedside manner of any doctor i have seen in 30 years..he always takes time to explain things in terms you can understand and his follow-up is great. his reception area could use improvement but overall, the doctor is so good that he makes up for any shortcomings and if you are within 3 miles of his office - you would be crazy not to see him

This doctor saved my life. If he didn't urge me to go to the emergency room, according to the ER doctors, I would be dead. That being said, he kinda rushes through the patient evaluations and his receptionist staff are the worst. There are 3 of them and 2 don't even bother to look at you when you are talking to them. And forget about calling the office, you are usually on hold for more than 5 minutes. The nurses are great though, really friendly.
