I have been a pt of Dr.Bard for like a zillion years. Three surgeries now. Hes gotten my sinuses out of big trouble many times. I feel when it comes down to ENT issues,hes the man for the job. Some have used the word arrogant but hes earned it in my book.

I suffered for years from a deviated septum due to multiple injuries playing sports. I had difficulty breathing through the right side of my nose due to a crushed septum that blocked 90% of air flow on that side. I learned coping skill over the years like sleeping on my palm to pull the skin and open, or using breath easy strips and bandaids to try and pull the space open so I could sleep. I would even take decongestants to try and open the space. I finally went to Dr Bard. He examined me and set reasonable expectations that the max improvement I could hope for would be a 50%-70% improvement due to the severity of the septum deviation. I figured any improvement would be better, so I went through with the procedure. After the procedure, Dr. Bard took the time to explain the challenges he faced during the surgery and how he took his time to make it as good as he possibly could. Well the results we not just good, but amazing! I regained 100% of normal air flow through both nostrils! No… more tape, bandaids and sleeping on my palm! I stopped needing to take decongestants at night. The post operative care from Dr. Bard was great. I had a speedy recovery and was back to living a normal life with no exterior changes to my nose. It has been 3 years since the procedure and I am still breathing 100% normal. Thank You Dr. Bard! I truly believe you went above and beyond to fix me! Mike K. Newtown, CT

This physician has the ability to make a patient at ease just by his pleasant smile and professionalism. He is thorough and takes the time to answer the patients questions leaving the patient with the understanding of his diagnosis. I would recommend this physician to patients with ENT problems of all ages. You definately leave this physician with the feeling of being respected and knowing he has a full understanding and plan to resolve the problem.

Dr. Bard has an excellent bed-side manner. He was thorough and professional and I can recommend him highly without reservation.

My experience with Dr. Bard has always been top notch! I feel thoroughly taken care of, he is extremely nice, patient & caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is warm and the facilities are wonderful.

Dr. Bard and his staff are outstanding in every way. They addressed my urgent care (severe active nosebleed) with a clam competency and great skill. I thank them all very much.

This doctor was shockingly pompous, uncaring, and refused to even examine me. He said he could tell nothing was wrong from five feet away. I suffered severe and debilitating consequences because my condition went untreated. Never again. It's your health, your quality of life. Tread carefully is my advice.
