great doctor

I went in to see Doctor Barry for a possible diagnosis of POTS. He ran over an hour and 15 minutes behind. When he came into the room, he introduced himself and started asking about 1000 questions. When I would pipe up and express to him my symptoms, he would hold his hand up and keep asking questions. He obviously didn't want to listen to me. After he finished questioning me, he did a small test and then said he thought I had sleep apnea. Ummm what?!?! I almost faint when standing and have episodes of severe tachycardia and he wants to give me a DX of sleep apnea. Unfortunately, I was not the only one who received this DX in office that day. At least 5 other individuals were set up with the same tests that I was set up with. I will be going to another cardiologist for a new consult. I won't be used as a guinea pig for him to make money off of running 30000000 unneeded tests.

Dr. Barry took his time to listen to my heart problems, immediately set up appointments for tests, was pleasant and knew what had to be done. Everyone in his office was efficient, kind and pleasant. This was my first visit and I was very satisfied.

Dr Barry is polite as long as he is not questioned at which time he holds his hand up in front of your face to shut you up. He is very inacurate in what he puts in your records. He feels he is always right and does not have time for your concerns . He would not want to be treated the way he treats others with disrespect and rudeness .

Dr, Barry is awsome , friendly , great person. If you don't like him your just an old fart who complains way too much.

No bedside manner. Rather rude. Holds up his hand to shut me up when I tried to express my concerns.
