Dr. Bateman take the time with you that is needed and is a knowledgeable, caring an compassionate doctor. You never mind if you have to wait, because you know he is helping someone and not rushing through. We all will need a little extra sometime. Heather is the greatest! and the front line staff are always courteous and helpful.

I have taken my husband to many physicians that he was so displeased with. I am a nurse and I have complete confidence in Dr. Bateman and the fact that my husband listens to him and likes him. Dr. Bateman is the best physician I have found in Tacoma, he listens, educates, and treats. Very intelligent and compassionate.

You can easily get an appointment because they don't have enough patients. Dr Bateman is the worst doctor that I have ever been too. I might as well stayed home. He was 45 minutes late and then just a real slow thinker when he got into the exam room. It was painful to watch him try to think. He needs a vacation or a cup of coffee.

I have known Dr Bateman since he was in residency. I was a nurse in the hospital and worked with him. I knew there was something very special about him by the way he cared for his patients. When Dr Bateman went into practice, I became one of his patients and have never regretted the decision. His nurses are great as well. Very personable.

I have had several primary doctors and by far Dr Bateman is the most wonderful doctor I have ever had. He really cares about his patients and is a great educator. My husband, who is a physician, is also a patient. My husband says that Dr. Bateman is one of the most intelligent of all of the physicians he knows. I have sent several friends to him and everyone has been impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.

Dr. Michael Bateman is one of a kind Dr., I have been through many Dr's, when you are seen by Dr. Bateman, he explains everything so his patients can understand what is going on, he always has a plan of action and he truly cares for all his patients. His staff is so proffesional and friendly, makes you feel positive about your situation and you leave feeling hopeful and proud to have such an outstanding Dr taking care of you. Keep up the good work Primary Care Northwest.

Overall a good doctor. He is very friendly and spends time with you. The office and exam room wait can take a while, but I'd recommend him.

Dr Bateman is a top notch doctor - a rarity & a privelege given the quacks Ive had in the past. He has diagnosed several health chronic health issues that have plagued me for years. I cannot say enough good things about this fine human being.
