Dr. Michael A Benavides, DO

Dr. Benavides is an excellent doctor our family has being under his care for more than 20 years. He is very caring and ethical. if you have any health concern he will perform all testing necessary to get to the bottom of it.

Awesome Doctor

I'm 60 + I've seen this Dr off / on the past 16 years this us one of maybe 3 or 4 Doctors that I would refer friends or family to ,the most educated, carrying Dr from kids to adults of over 25 appointment I've had have never had to wait more than 30 minutes unless I was late or did not have a appointment he also takes Medicare lets pay your deductible each year in guess 12 months it $166.00 this year he's done my annual blood work at least 7 years *******

I wish there was more follow up. As well as when the doctor first comes in the room and leaves he never comes back to the room to follow up.

Very rude Doctor. Does not spend enough time with his patients. He is very smart but also a jerk

Very disrespectful, didn't intruduse himself or shake my hand. Within a few minutes make acquisitions of illegal activity towards me. Complete waste of time, will never see again.

This doctor is rude and condecesding. He is not courteous or friendly. One would think he is doing charity work and not getting paid for his services. He must not realize that patients bring business. Business keeps a roof over his head and food on his table.

I've been a healthcare provider for over 3 decades and have rarely met a doctor with good knowledge and listening skills who truly cares about his patients. He has a wide range of knowledge and is very careful to treat according to patient needs.

Dr. Benavides is very knowledgeable about medicine yet he doesn't communicate well with patients. I felt as if I was just another client for profit. He didn't tell me what was wrong with me and just gave me a prescription. This is not the family doctor you would want to send your kids to maybe if its just a quick and go for you sure but otherwise no.

Dr. Benavides knows what he is talking about as far as being a doctor, but he does not communicate it to his patients very well. He doesn't treat you like a person and his bed side manner is very poor. He diagnosed me and prescribed meds for me but did he tell me what I had or what he prescribed me willingly. NO! During the portion where he asks if I had any questions my main question was "What do I have?" and "What are you prescribing me and what is it for?" He is terrible at communicating with his patients. I would not recommend him as a family doctor. I can't even imagine how he is with young children.
