Dr. Michael John Bergan, MD

I wish I could give him zero stars. Dr. Bergan is very disrespectful and unprofessional and will discuss you with his staff. He will note things in your file that is absolutely the most farest thing from the truth. And is so judgmental he sees you one way that isn’t who you are. He has a snarky attitude and is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen

My husband went to see Dr. Bergan for anxiety/depression, insomnia, and anger management difficulties. Dr. Bergan gave him a sleeping pill and told him to come back in 6 months. This continued for a year and a half (3 visits), even though I drew the doctor's attention to my husband's sporadic bouts of violence. My husband even told the doctor about suicidal thoughts that plague him, and the doctor summarily brushed this off. Please look elsewhere if you need help; this is not your guy.

This man contradicts himself in person and in his files even the judge threw his statement out. Textbook questions, diagnosis, and treatment. Anybody who is new, please reconsider seeing him. He is not a nice person. I would boldly call him inconsiderate, eye rolling, mighty, and mean. I'm doing a lot better, with absolutely NO THANKS to him.

Contradicts his own previous statements. Constantly has a student intern with him. Refuses to consider newer medication that have recently been released. Every appointment I have had with him he has always been over an hour late. Always ask me the same generic template questions.
