Dr. Bernstein is a fine doctor and wants the best for his patients. He has us take the proper test at the correct time. He then interpret those test clearly to us.

DR. BERNSTEIN TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN AND CARES

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Bernstein. He listens to my concerns and pays attention to them. I feel confident that I can trust him with my well-being.

The visit went well. Dr. Bernstein assured me that I was doing well. He checked my ankles for swelling and didn't find much at all. I see him on an annual basis. I am enrolled in the nurse practitioner monthly check-in with daily blood pressure monitoring.

While this was my first visit, I thought Dr. Bernstein was great. Explained everything in detail and what the plan was moving forward. The staff were courteous, thoughtful and efficient.

Had an appointment made weeks in advance. After waiting for 30 minutes. I asked how much longer, I was told Dr. Bernstein had three patients scheduled ahead of me and he was not in the office yet. They had no e.t.a. when he would be seeing me, and the staff didn't seem to care at all. It was like the patient care or our personal time didn't matter to them or the doctor. I don't when it became acceptable to expect people to sit and wait for hours to see a doctor, especially when an appointment was made.
