Dr. Michael Alan Berry, MD

Very Good Experience When it was time for the procedure Dr. Berry came in and talked to me and explained what he would be doing, and ask if I had any questions. The next thing I knew I was waking up in my room. Within minutes Dr. Berry came in and gave me a good report, that he didn't find any major issues. He talked with us for a few minutes and answered any questions we had. He made a couple of recommendations as to why I may be having issues and what he recommended I try. I was totally pleased with my experience at the South Baldwin Medical Center and my first experience with Dr. Berry.

Dr. Berry spent less than 2 minutes in the room, only looked at my chart and not at me, spoke VERY loudly with the door wide open about problems I was NOT having but was very embarrassed to hear spoken about myself. Was given a prescription and sent on my way, and my problems are still occurring and not even close to what he diagnosed.

you wait to long & then when you do see him he may spend 3 min. with you . I won't go back

While he gives a shot at a diagnosis, his bed side manner sucks. His nurse also needs some people skill. Front desk is nice.

Dr. spent less than 2 min with me while only looking at my chart and never examined me. Office has a policy of not allowing you to see any other Dr in the clinic even after 1 visit with Berry. You are stuck with him or have to go to a different clinic

This doctor knows his stuff! I gave been seeing him since 1997. I think he is the best gastroenterologist in the Baldwin County area. I owe this man so much for keeping me alive. Wonderful doctor and wonderful human being!

My experience with this doctor is not good. I had my records moved to another doctor. I will never go back to this doctor. He is over book, with average of hour and half wait for appointments. The staff says they will call but days and days later no calls. He seems not to care about his patients.
