I have had only one problem, but it was not Dr. Bests or his staffs fault! It was Wal-Mart's! Imagine that! LOL! .... He and His staff have been nothing but helpful and kind to me, and I know They all care about us! I love them all!! There's been times that I've had to come in without an appointment, and I fully understand that they had to work me in, so it would take a bit longer...but it didn't take them very long to get me in at all, considering it was last minute! I may have been there an hour, and that's pretty good! Nothing but good to say about them all! He's The Best, and yes pun intended! LOL!

We made appointments for flu shots 8 and 8:15 today checked in st 7:55 and had to sit and wait till 8:27 and the nurse who was sitting in her area at the time of check in I went up and asked if they forgot us and she said no she was doing something for Dr and then she finally gave them to us just wondering why you have to make an appointment if you have to wait almost 30 minutes when there was only one other patient there before us from now on we will be going to CVS also if they don’t want to give them why not just say so

I like Dr. Best's professionalism & staff. Dr's diagnosis has been accurate. He is very kind & puts my mind at ease. He goes over all the medications that I am taking. I have only experienced quality time with him.

Dr. Best personally admitted to me that he made up a diagnosis for my medical records. He said he did this because he was concerned about being audited for writing prescriptions and needed a "diagnosis" that "looked" valid in order to avoid suspicion. Run, don't walk away from this doctor!

Dr. Best is a wonderful Doctor. He listens, spends time with you and answers all questions. We never felt rushed or hurried. The problem is, Dr. Best is no longer with the practice in Laporte. If anyone knows where he has moved his practice to please post it. We really don't want a new doctor.
