Dr. Michael F Bigler

Absolute sadistic incompetent. He caused me lifelong damage, both mental and physical. When I was 11, he was drilling into my tooth and it was excruciating because I wasn't properly anaesthetized. I told him that it hurt badly. He called me a liar and had a hygienist strap my arms to the chair while he continued to drill while I cried. Lifelong fear of dentists born right there. On the physical side, I have had root canals in every tooth he put a filling in, and I have had to have three of those teeth removed. I would love the opportunity to explain this to him as a grown man and not a helpless child.

He was very rude and disrespectful toward me & my son. When my extremely shy barely 6 year old cried & wanted me to go back it turned into a huge ordeal. They made me go into Dr Biglers office for a "conference ". He flat out told my son (who could barely mustard up enough courage to speak) that him wanting me was not good enough & that he needed to get over it because it was past time for his scheduled appointment! He then turned to me as my son is crying & said I needed to get his behavior under control now!! Needless to say we walked out - never to return. He is insensitive, disrespective, and highly inappropriate. His staff on the other hand are extremely nice.

My child went here and had a terrible time. Keith ,my son who is 13, is actually having to get 2 root canals and 3 fillings replaced by another dentist because his work failed. He was also unpleasant while putting in my child's fillings (I was in the room).My child and I were also not impressed by the staff. One time my child told me that the nurses were not nice. I'm never going back!

I have been taking my 3 children to Dr. Bigler for 11 years now. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a petiatric dentist. His office is clean and child friendly. The staff has always greeted me with a smile. They are helpful with trying to schedule appointments around our needs.
