I won’t be going back to dr bilk is Seemed like he was annoyed with me and when he stepped out of the office for a bit I heard him remark woof woof His office staff is very friendly and personable Sounds like he disrespects them also. I was there for my appt time at noon Just sayin: I was there until 1:30

I'm not sure who to blame, the Dr. or the staff--but I had an appt. (which I confirmed that morning) -- when I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled appt., the Dr. had already left the office for the day! To make matters worse, the Dr. that was still there would not see me.

Dr Bilkis was awesome with my 12 year old daughter, she was having a small procedure and was terrified - and he went out of his way to joke with her and help her feel much more at ease! I would not hesitate to recommend him, as he is a very caring doctor - and I appreciate his matter-of-fact style.

Dr. Bilkis is not a good doctor. I have been a nurse for 30 years and did not have a good experience with this doctor. His office receptionist Nicole is rude, disrespectful, condescending and more. Who does she think she is? Dr. Bilkis had me sit there while he was on the computer for a good 20 minutes. He was also not kind, condescending and had a really unsupportive, cold attitude. I think there must be some mistake that he is also an Ordained Minister. I will not see this doctor again.

I will never go back back to this doc. His is the worst out there! Not caring, all he wants is money, doesn't respect his patients. Yelled at me each time because I couldn't understand his mumbling! I wasted thousands of dollars with no results. I think with the attitude like that he shouldn't even be allowed to practice!

I am sure Dr. Bilkis is qualified and he treated my daughter appropriately. Office staff was nice, medical asst was brusque but fine. What was concerning was his rude and snarky manner. He made my teenage daughter uneasy - I am glad I was in the examining room. I did not fear for her safety at all - it was his abrasive personality that was discomfiting. He told us we should be on wheat, dairy and sugar free diets. We were there for acne. Very, very judgmental and not very kind man. I am sure his prescribed treatment will be fine. We will use the treatments and go to our GP for refills. We will never be lectured and talked down to again by this rude man.

he was very bad, don't go there. he is extremely rude, one time they told me to come for blue light, I waited for 1,5 hours, and then one of the nurses asked me why am I there. She told me that we are out of acid that needs to be put on my face. Bilkis didn't even apologize and told me if the money that i paid for the visit should be kept in their office as a payment for another visit, didn't offer me a discount or anything. He is the worst I've ever seen!!!

The staff was extremely rude, especially the medical assistant. When I showed her the extremely dry skin on my elbows and said I think it may be psoriasis she laughed at me and asked, "What did google tell you that?" Then, she informed the doctor of my self-diagnosis in the same sarcastic, and unprofessional manner. I was completely rushed and did not get a chance to ask one question, and I had many. He gave me a prescription for my mild acne and a month later (after using as directed) it is worse than it was when I first went to him. I am very unsatisfied with this dermatology group...

Dr. Bilikis is a good magician. However, his bedside manner could be improved upon.
