I couldn’t be any happier with Dr. Birndorf and his staff!!! I was always so unhappy with my breasts due to their size and heaviness. As a young 21-year old woman, I was very self conscious about the way my breasts made me feel/ look like. It was hard to feel comfortable in my own skin which is something no one should ever have to suffer from. I was nervous about the surgery before my appointments but everyone there made me feel heard and excited for the future results! Now, I feel more confident and better than ever! The results are amazing! I cried when I saw them for the first time because they look incredible and fit me perfect now! I recovered fast with no complications whatsoever! Dr. Birndorf always made me feel at ease about my decision to have a breast reduction and I’m so ecstatic about the results! Thanks for giving me my confidence back!

I recently had a tumor removed from my right index finger,I had 4 stitches and I did not have any pain.Wonderful staff also.

I would never have gone in for a consult if I thought I was going to be treated with anything less than a full consultation and then get billed for $220+. All they did was talk to me. I didn't even get measured or any discussion of what it might look like if I lost more weight if I went ahead with a surgery then. Because I said I was planning to lose anyther 30 pounds or so, they said they wouldn't bother with doing what they normally do during a consult... But I get billed EXACTLY the same as if I had. I am extremely disappointed and really don't want to pay my bill not that only hurts me, so, I'll pay but I'll never go back to this office again.

Dr Birndorf actually made having surgery fun! Incredible bedside manor - I went in very nervous to have a procedure performed awake but came out n a better mood than I went in. Very professional and yet still entertaining! I highly recommend him and am thankful there are still doctors and surgeons that are great at what they do and love life at the same time. Keep up the great work Dr Birndorf!

You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Scheduling was easy and not much of a wait to be brought back either. Dr. Birndorf was exceptionally gentle, warm and kind. I would definitely refer friends and family. We were there to see Dr. Birndorf for a hand injury.

Dr. Birndorf has done three procedures for me. The most complicated was a breast reduction and it has been life changing. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. The office staff is tremendous! Sara worked directly with my insurance company to ensure coverage and stayed in touch with me through out the process. She even called the day after surgery to see how I was doing. Dr. Birndorf has a fabulous bedside manner and is meticulous. What he was able to do is truly amazing. My recovery was quick with very light, minimal scaring.

Dr. Birndorf and his staff are the best. He truly is interested in the well being and care of his patients.. Thank you so much for the excellent care and attention!

Hands down, Dr. Birndorf is amazing and very talented! I knew when I met him that I was in great hands- and he didn’t fail me at all. What was a very touchy issue for me, he made flawless. His enthusiasm and concern for me as a patient, is what more doctors need to be. He took the time to explain everything to me and the expectations/outcome... and when waking up from surgery- he far exceeded my own expectations. Plastic surgery is truly an art form, and Dr.Birndorf has mastered it! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone... !

Fell on some rocks fishing and ended up with a wicked staff infection and a trip to the ER on Easter Sunday! I called Dr. Birndorf the following Tuesday after my hand wasnt improving. It was still very swollen and painful. Its crazy how something so typical as a small scrap on some rocks can turn into a life threatening infection. But thanks to the expert know how and quick actions of the best surgeon in southeast Wisconsin, Im on the mend! Dr. Birndorf took his time made sure I knew and understood the plan of treatment. His before care, during care, and after care never faltered at all. He made sure I was comfortable the entire treatment process. His staff was also very nice and helpful. The office itself is immaculate, very comfortable and inviting. The wait was less then 5 minutes. He even came in 10 min early to check my progress when his schedule was full. I can't say one bad thing about my experience there. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing his services! Thanks Dr.… Birndorf!

Dr. Birndorf along with Sara, Susie and other office staff members are second to none when it comes to thier "patient first" approach.
