Empathetic physician

It’s all been said in the other five star reviews. Dr. Bishai and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. He has been my primary care physician for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaining a very efficient office, then Dr. Bishai is someone you should consider visiting.”

While Dr. Bishai was very nice and comforting thoughout my procedure - I found the process less than medically professional. I was not provided with any pre procedure instructions and when asked if I followed the instructions, I asked what instructions? But yet, they still went along with the procedure. Following the procedure, I specially asked that a copy of my results and blood test be sent to my Primaty Dr and a copy be sent to my home. A month later, when I had not receive my report or Blood test, I called my Prinary Dr to see if they received the procedure report from Dr. Bishai’s office and they had not. So I called Dr Bishai’s office and spoke with a Marina, and asked her for these reports, she argued with me that they were mailed to my Prinary Dr. I mentioned to her that I not my Dr had received them. Then she said she does not see any Blood test ordered, I assured her I was given the order and went. She argued again and said “oh I was looking at a wrong date. She… appeared angry and confused and was extremely rude. After 2 months from my procedure and blood test I received my reports. I just don’t how accurate they are, since I was not provided with a discussion on the preparation for the Procedure and the Dr still conducted the procedure. I have B/C PPO insurance and I am sure they got their payment way before they send me my reports. I will not return to Dr’s Bishai Office, nor will I refer anyone, and will share my disappointment with my Prinary Dr’s Office.

Dr. Bishai has been the most compassionate physician we have come across in over 30 years.

Improving my wifes quality of life during the time that she had left was given greater value than allowing her to continue suffering. Dr. Bishai poses a professional and ethical obligation to his patients. Dr.Bishai's interventions resulted in relief of my wifes extreme suffering.
