I was a new patient seeing the doctor for detox. Everything was smooth sailing until I saw the doctor. The girls in the front were very polite, understanding and accommodating. Once I got into the room with the doctor, I found a room full of people. There were 2 girls who were in there, they looked like family members. They were not in scrubs and did not look professional. I found it odd and uncomfortable that they had laptops and were writing everything I said down. In between my conversation with the doctor, they were talking to him in a different language. I did not feel comfortable or that I was able to be honest. Coming for help with addiction is already hard to swallow, but having someone other than the provider or office staff in the room was very uncomfortable and very unprofessional. I plan on reaching out to the medical board for clarification, I feel my HIPPA was violated. I feel like the doctor was more interested in his conversation with the 2 young girls, than… helping me. I was given a prescription for Suboxone but still have many questions that are not answered. I will not be returning unfortunately. Just a warning for other patients who may struggle discussing addiction with others.

The Doctor didnt seem to care to much about the patients waiting. I heard his nurse, Nicole try to get him to see the patients numerous times. He just blows her off. She has a great attitude torward the patients, when the Dr leaves us hanging. I feel very comfortable talking to Nicole about my addiction, she always seems to have the right response. Her patience amazes me. Thank you Nicole. Thank you to the other gals in the office as well

I've been seeing Dr. Bishara for 4 years now and have been clean since being him. His office help are so suited for his speciality being Down To Earth and giving a helping hand when ever needed. The only reason I still live in Riverside is because of this Doctor

Dr. Bishara is awesome! He is so understanding and is willing to help in any way he can. He basically saved my life!

I love dr Bishara! He's always very thorough and his office staff is amazing! Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait however this doctor is always worth the wait.
