Never have I had such a horrible experience with any doctor in my life. Predictably, the optical staff rivals the doctors in ineptitude, rudeness and unprofessionalism. These clowns should give up their licenses and sweep parking lots for loose change.

HORRIBLE! They give him an excellent rating, has to be from his friends and family. Spent 2 minutes in the room-answered no questions regarding my vision loss after aneurysm. Worst service ever!

We love Dr. Mike! The entire family gets their exams, contacts, and glasses all in one place. The grandparents are even patients now. Since it is primarily a pediatric practice we try to schedule appointments in the morning/early afternoon when most kids are in school.

Dr. Michael Bloom is a wonderful doctor for children as well as adults!! I have seen him for years and will continue to go see him!!

Disinterested-to-rude, nothing (of the little) he did helped us. Daughter would have lost sight had we not found another doc.

My son does not like doctors at all but Dr. Bloom was able to make him laugh with his daffy duck impression and he was the first doctor to get him to sit through a whole eye exam. He was patient and spent a lot of time with us and he explained everything very well. His office staff was friendly and helpful. He was great!
