Arrogant and a narcissist

Dr. Boedefeld was a very kind and caring doctor. He really seemed to care about my pain and helped me get back my day to day function without pain. Would refer anyone with pain to him. His staff was very kind as well. Made me feel noticed and important.

Feel so much better

Boedefeld is only in it for money. He does not care about patients pain or their needs. The office is completely disorganized and unfriendly. Trust me, find another Doctor!

This firm has made THOU$AND$ of dollars off of my insurance despite failing to give me one ounce of pain relief other than through use of Norco. Now, since I am only 90% paid up on my co-pay (and just few days from receiving my disability check to make that 100%) THEY ARE HOLDING MY PAIN RELIEF FOR RANSOM. HOW SICK IS THAT? At one point, the administrator barged into my private exam room demanding money. I could have been in any varying stage of undress. And their lobby is always full of patients with similar stories. Stay away from these money grubbers

This office is very busy. I choose to view this in a positive manner. The care given here is excellent and it wouldn't be so busy if it were otherwise. I have to say I was pretty much terrified of having my procedure (transforaminal epidural L4/L5) but when I went into the treatment room the nurses were so kind. I felt that I was in the hands of caring, professionals. The pain was so much less than anticipated I couldn't believe it. I was pain free for a period and now I am dealing with some pain that is much better than what it was. I am now waiting for my second appointment so I can have the second of what I think will be three procedures. I was hoping my body might help out a little as I found out I had terribly low testosterone. I began replacement therapy a week before the procedure and my primary care said about six weeks before I can expect relief from the hyper inflammatory state I was in. If you are looking for expert care from an empathetic staff then this is the office for… you.

Everyone is treated like a drug addict

For approximately one year I have seen Dr. Boedefeld to help with my back pain. He's a very quiet, down to business type of doctor, always pleasant, and asks a lot of questions to be sure he is placing the medication in the right location. I have always felt better after seeing Dr. Boedefeld. His nurse, Gina, is first rate, very pleasant, experienced and caring.

First time I met with him I waited 1 hr 45 min for him to spend about 5 min with me. The next time had a procedure done and it was horrible. Paid 100.00 to be sedated as I suffer from anxiety and am terrified of needles especially in my neck. The nurse gave verses she says as doctor is putting the needle in my neck. I cried hysterically through the whole procedure sedation didn't work as I have had versed in other surgeries. Both the doctor and nurse Gina could of cared less that I was in discomfort. I would not RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE IN WENTZVILLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

He looked over my chart and examined me and was able to pick up on my problem immediately. He reviewed why I was hurting to me and offered me a procedure that was very simple and helped almost immediately.
