I’ve been going to this clinic for ten years now , I was very impressed when school was about to start them they made the time for all the children that need it for vaccinations before starting school as parents at times we leave that for the last but thank God but there’s there to take care of our kids I am very pleased with their Service that I received at pediatric centerIn Richmond Texas.

I've been taking my children to Dr Bornstien Pediatric center for nearly 18yrs. I had several disagreements with office manger over one issue, that could be resolved with a piece of paper an envelope and a stamp. I asked that the Dr. Call me. And he did not. I am leaving. And I am not the first to go but I loyal enough to tell you why. Shame on you Dr Bornstein you have gotten too big for your britches and forgotten that's it's loyal people like me that told people about you practice. Now I will tell everyone I know who is seeking a pediatrician not to use you. I'm very disappointed in you.

Visiting that office is not welcoming. Front office staff is horrible, they are just so rude. They need to be retrain to have people skills!! Better patient service.

My children usually see Dr. Bornstein, who is WONDERFUL, but I was forced to see Dr. Raju, from India, what a mistake! She rushed through a slopy exam, and out of her anger towards me, she shoved a Otoscope forcefully into my childs ear,causing his ear to hurt. I am considering filing a complaint against her to the medical board. She has a horrible bed side manner.

Dr. Bornstein has been my children's doctor for over 11 years. He is quick, accurate and great with kids. I'm impressed that I do not wait long to see him and we do not wait long in the patient rooms to see him. His newer doctors take much longer. He is kind and caring to the children and uses new technology to enter the charts right into electronic laptops or tablets.

We have only had one appointment with Dr. Bornstein so far and we had no trouble getting an appointment that suited our schedule. We just had to leave our pediatrician of 12 years due to change in insurance and we chose Dr. Bornstein based on his excellent reputation among friends. He spoke with my son and me at length and gave us ample time for questions. The only negative aspect was the long wait...a solid hour.

He didn't address my child or even call her name. He picked her up without asking me or even talking to her.

I didnt gt a chance to see dr bornstein unfort nc frnt desk md a mistake n hd to see slmrone else but wht I do know is staff is rude ride ride and lonnnng waiting thy shld all be hired not 1 considerate staff member

I love Dr. B., he is so knowledgable and willing to explain things and put parents fears to rest. Its true that its hard to get an appt with him; I rarely see him outside of well checkups scheduled far in advance, but I have had pretty positive experiences with all the dr.s on staff. There is a pharmacy on site in Richmond, which saves a trip when meds are needed. It also gets pretty busy sometimes, but they never turn away sick kids. I recommend him to friends.
