BS Pre-Dentistry degree from the Tennessee
Technological University in Cookeville, TN. In 1975, he
received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the
University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in
Memphis.
For over 34 years he has been a member of The American
Dental Association, The Tennessee Dental Association,
and the 2nd District Dental Society. He has received
Fellowships Awards from The Academy of General
Dentistry, The Tennessee Dental Association and
The American Endodontic Society, in which he also has a
Mastership Award. President of Second District Dental
Society 2011-2012. Pierre Fauchard Academy member
for his excellence in the dental profession, 2011.
He and wife Carolyn reside in West Knoxville. Both are
active members of the local Dental Society and Auxiliary.
They have two children. Jason, who is married and
resides in Memphis while attending dental school.
