I agree that this is probably a fake name-I was on many different medications given to me by other doctors. Dr. Brilliant was in charge of my ECT's and lucky for me it rebooted my brain and I function very well now, He is not the most personable guy in an office visit, but he did a great job getting me back on track. I was a mess when I first saw him. 4 1/2 STARS

I am the guardian for my cousin. She went to Dr Brilliant three years and he is so brilliant he could not diagnose her. Gave her pills and good bye. She has LBD Lewy Bodily Dementia It would have been nice if her family knew before it progressed so gravely

Horrible egomaniac with fake name adopted with his immigration from Russia. Not board certified, no residency in specialty field, Frankly a GP or family practice DO is better qualified. Would not trust with children, adolescents nor those unable to defend selves nor those incapable of making decisions legally nor those unable to express themselves.
