I had an earache over the weekend. I called the Texas ENT office Monday morning and explained that i was in pain. They set an appointment that day. Dr Briscoe listened to my concerns and immediately took care of me in a very caring and professional manner. The office staff and nurses were all very professional and understanding.

Dr Briscoe is an incredible doctor! I had an auto accident over 20 years ago that caused sinus cavity congestion and a deviated septum. After the surgery to correct, I smelled rain in the air. I also gained 5% more oxygen getting to my brain. Combine his amazing medical skills with a warm caring genuineness toward his patients and he’s one of the very best doctors I’ve encountered.

I have called and left messages for several weeks now, with a request for an appointment. Despite a promise for a return call within 24 hours, I have not received a single call back. I have tried to escalate the matter with the nursing staff - no success. I'm sure Dr. Briscoe is a good MD. Business must be fantastic if he can carry incompetents.

My wife has been to see Dr Briscoe on one occasion and we were so impressed with him that I tried to schedule an appointment to see him for an ear wax extraction. Unfortunately, Dr Briscoe’s schdduling department is horrible at answering the phone and after 1.5 days I’ve still not been able to speak to a live human being to see Dr Briscoe. His capacity as an excellent doctor is usurped by his office’s inability to properly take and receive calls. Very ridiculous.

He is an amazing doctor. He makes sure you are knowledgeable on what is going on while giving you all option for maximum success.

I called DR. BRISCOE'S office they get me in for an appointment and this guy was amazing! =His staff is a s good as it gets! Dr. Briscoe will be my guy for life! I was in a serious shape when I went in there and he took care of my treatment! WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY! GREAT DOC!
