Horrible experience with this doctor. He is flighty, doesnt listen to patient , doesnt do assessment ( like listening to breath sounds when symptom warrants it). Talks over you. Horrible experience.

Probably the most useless visit I’ve ever had. I haven’t been to a doctor in years but they’re supposed to stay in the room at least 45 seconds right? This guy was super strange. Hyper, flighty. Very bizarre experience.

Dr. Brock was one the best physicians i ever had.My only complaint is that he left without telling his patients, leaving them hanging....out to dry!I always found the staff very friendly and helpful.One day in December, 2011, he was there, then by last of same month/year, he is gone!

This is the worst doctor I've ever had. First and foremost how can you get an appointment if no one ever answers the phone. He told me and my mom that they just let it ring. So unprofessional! He doesn't really let you speak and talks over you. He doesn't stay with you long enough to get any questions answered. He will leave the room and say he will be right back and then you won't see him again. His staff its very unfriendly and rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

He is the most unprofessional Dr. I have ever seen... He does not want to spend anytime with his pts.. Its bad when you hear him tell his nurses to come get him out of the room after a few minutes then says he is coming back when you know he is not. His office is Dirty and never Clean.... Staff is very rude but I guess they are a reflection of him. How does anyone like this man. I think he is a quack.

Love love love this doctor and his staff. I believe doctors and office staff will react to you in the way you have presented yourself at the initial visit. We were pleasant and cooperative and they were the same back to me. Dr. Brock listened to what my opinion was regarding my health and gave me back his professional opinion, which I appreciated. From the sounds of these other ratings, these people need to find another doctor. I'm happy here!

When the staff at a doctors office is this rude, there is a problem. The problem intensifies as soon as this little man walks in. He's arrogant, he asks no questions of the patient, he constantly plays with his beeper and leaves the room, he talks over you and mostly about himself. He leaves the room without telling you he's not coming back. He told me he "had an idea" about what was wrong with me and didn't come back in! Instead the nurse came in again and told me he was busy seeing other patients! I was a new patient! I complained to him the next visit about that and he said if he didn't leave like that people would talk forever and he'd never get anything done! His staff is as rude as he is. Without a doubt, this is the worst group of "professionals" I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. They are mean, they demean you on every level and care only about your insurance. I will not be going back. Ever. I recommend people research more doctors before trying this one. Some… doctors shouldn't be allowed to practice - this is one of them.
