I don’t know if he actually remembers me but it always appears that way. He is always on time, very efficient and answers my questions without seeming hurried.

Anytime I need an appointment the staff is prompt on getting me in! Dr.Brown jumps right into helping my ears out! I’ve been a patient for 20+ years and he’s always had good bed side service!

Not only was making an appointment was easy, but the staff is absolutely polite & always asking, how are you today? Dr. Brown has to be one of the Friendliest Dr’s around. He’s amazing & always seems so Happy. We need MORE Dr’s like Dr. Brown.

I recently scheduled a consult for ear tubes for my child, and I was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment. Dr. Brown is great with kids - my oldest said she "wants to be an ear doctor like Dr. Brown" when she grows up.

His exam was painless. He provided me with the level of care I expect from a specialist. I was in and out in a short period of time. Great Doctor!
