Dr. Michael J Buckley, MD

Dr. Buckley himself gets 5 stars. He was direct but not rude like most doctors, very professional. The one woman at the desk doing check in and check out was so nice and helped me feel at ease. The reason I give 4 stars is because the woman who helped in the surgery that did my IV was not friendly at all. Her tone when asking me some routine questions was condescending and when I became awake after anesthesia she acted super annoyed when I had a couple questions for her. People who have that kind of attitude shouldn't be in the medical field. Even though I experienced that from her, I would still go back to Dr. Buckley because I did like him and the work he does. You can tell the man has been doing it a long time!

This is not directed towards Dr. Buckley. I was satisfied with treatment and results. However, his staff is rude, condescending, incompetent, and unprofessional. From my experience, and observing how others were treated in the waiting room, I would suggest he needs a new staff.

While my experience with Dr. Buckley himself and his care for my daughter was fine, (my 1 star rating for caring manner goes to his office staff) the terrible office staff that I dealt with will keep me from going back there. Hopefully for his sake he will clean house and get staff that have some experience in how to treat people!
