Mary has the wrong mailing address, had called three times and that was that. I honestly don’t remember her leaving a message saying that they were sending me to collections because they didn’t verify any information for my second teeth cleaning. He’s nice but $250 for a normal cleaning and no bells and whistles. No thanks. If they had verified any of my info, this wouldn’t have happened. Poor communication.

Dr. Butcher has been my dentist for 15yrs. He is very professional and I researched him and found he graduated near the top of his class. He's always in time with my appointments and his staff are friendly, make you feel comfortable and very knowledgeable with insurance. Highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr Butcher has been my dentist for 25 years. I have had only positive experiences in all the years I've been going to him. I had a lot of dental work before I even came to Austin, started needing to have fillings in my childhood. Through both new and old dental problems (having to replace old cracked fillings, for example) he's been terrific. He's extremely competent; I trust his judgment and his advice. He listens carefully to your concerns, clearly explains options, and he has a very easy, reassuring manner. I've recommended Dr. Butcher enthusiastically to anyone who has asked me, in the past 25 years, if I know of a good dentist.
